- Authentication Providers: When you sign in via Firebase, we receive certain identifiers (such as Firebase Auth UIDs) to facilitate secure communication.
- Payment Processors: For subscription-based services, payment-related information is processed by our third-party partners, such as LemonSqueezy or RevenueCat. We do not directly store your full credit card information.
- Hardware Integration (Lovense): When using Lovense devices, certain identifiers are used via secure cloud-to-cloud communication to facilitate the integration.

- Providing and Maintaining Services: To power the core functionality of NitroStream, including streaming, overlays, and hardware integration.

- Lovense: Used for hardware integration. We do not store your Lovense credentials on our servers.
- Payment Processors (LemonSqueezy/RevenueCat): Used to manage subscriptions and billing.
- Streaming Platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.): When you use NitroStream to stream, you interact with these platforms according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
4. Data Ownership and Local Storage
We believe you should have full control over your data. Please note the following:
- No Server-Side Backups: NitroStream does not create, store, or maintain any backups of your application settings, configurations, or data on our servers.
- Local-Only Exports: All exported backup files are stored strictly on your local computer system. NitroStream has no access to these files once they are exported from the application.

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. This includes using secure communication protocols, protecting sensitive credentials using Firebase Secret Manager, and implementing secure Firestore rules to ensure that users can only access their own data.

As we use services like Firebase, your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than where you reside, including the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to these locations.

NitroStream is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
